The strange fact is that whichever COM port I choose the error message is always "Access denied " as if something is blocking all the USB ports( that work without problems when I connect other devices such as scanner, printer, headphones, external drives, etc) and the same message appears when I try in Cool Term to connect the chosen COM port.
